Using Paper Baking Cups Burn

Simian Mobile Disco - Aspic

Hi There, some of you may have already read in the review of Antoine SMD live in Birmingham on Saturday ... So I'm gonna make it short, and 'worse and more j'met a gift house at the end. So Saturday, we jumped on the bus at 20:15 in Coventry, Birmingham direction, to a room called the Rainbow Warehouse, a name that might suggest a gay club, but no, not at all, a sort of hangar big enough, but still sufficient AC is cozy for a small intimate concert as we love them, the walls covered with tags, hazardous beams crossing the room, large iron gates and a corner was a bit chill outside under the roof of a Stone Bridge (yes, definitely). So we get the first almost empty room, the illustrious Pete Jordan unknown surprises us with a good set and we file a Techno skeud as thanks for having listened to the end. Gold Panda Then, a guy completely geek / autism happens on stage with I do not know how many machines, MPC grooves machines, controllers, and made a provision of the most original of 65daysofstatic, but all electronics, if it can give you a idea ... A handful of the audience seems to enjoy (including us) and warmly applauded at the end, happy, young fellow just give me a Korg controller (just farted certainly, but better than the stingy drummers who throw their chopsticks).
His myspace is
there (I personally was far more excited by his live performance, its production studio, but it remains' well achement)

Let's make it quick, Young Fathers, a group of rap / Electro in vogue at the time at home (also featuring on the ugly Turn Up The Dial GDS), very nice live, alive, but it stops there. Riton, an Englishman with a good name here: set techno / electro / fidgeteventuellement relatively significant.

SMD between the track ball, belly, will they be so stoned at the We Love Fantasy and shorten their set prematurely ? BAH NO! Slap from beginning to end. A first big halves or they connect perfectly all their hits in this way:
Sleep Deprivation - Synthesiser - It's The Beat - Aspic - Audacity of Huge - 10,000 Horses - Hustler - Cruel Intentions . Syncope. Huge Audacity of which for once was to its name, we ate a "salad phallanges" in the jaw, like for 10,000 Horses Can Be Wrong (despite a slight bug once filled by the shouts of encouragement from the public). Never heard anything so powerful. Then a good thirty minute total improv as they know so well, and finishing off with their remix of The Go Team and I Believe ENDLESS (L).

Sleep Deprivation / Synthesiser

Aspic / Audacity of Huge
