Spare Bulbs For Lamp In Ikea

Learn ... Yes, but how?

Learning is one of the pillars of life. The tiny baby at birth and probably before, spends most of his waking hours to learn.

There are several ways to learn, several levels of learning .

levels of learning

The observation level.
At first, there is the observation. This is how the little child began his learning of the world, looking around him, listening to his parents, his older brothers and sisters and his entourage.

At this level, we can not do the action in question has not been learned, but we can explain many things, at least on a theoretical level. It is by observing that one can learn how to walk on the moon, how an electron orbits the nucleus of the atom, or simply how we make an ice cream 3 scoops in a cone.

The child of 2, 3, 4 years may see more children to cycle, but none has ever done himself. He understands that there is something called "bike" but is still unable to do.

The level of experience, knowledge.
If you continue, and many that the order is not always imperative, the next step is to be the object of experience.
The child who is offered a bike and help his parents, put him in the saddle, the advance can then experience what being on a bike.

Another example is to go to the dentist. Unless you are dentists yourself, you can explain what you did, how they make a filling or a radio, but you do not yet actually done so that knowledge is complete.

You can read as many books as you want, and calculations of mechanical and physical complex, you will not know that cycling Biking. Here we are entering:

level of knowledge, experience.
The actual knowledge, which can cause a change happens when we ourselves are the cause of action, when we train, when one is the cause of experience.

The dentist has the know-how because he had the necessary training, he has done and redone many times the gestures of his craft.
child who biked alone has also learned this knowledge, that knowledge.

And if you bite into an apple, you know what it tastes much better than if I described in detail taste of the apple ... In training

Know choosing a course that offers 3 levels, each contributing its share of light to your own experience. In

Generation Training, we focus on three levels of learning.
For the first level, each new protocol, the trainer conducts a demonstration for the group to allow everyone to see "knowledge in action".
Each intern will then live on as the new protocol, taking a "real problem" and he will be able to understand the level 2.
And when the trainee will also perform this protocol, is the level of knowledge, experience, which will be satisfied.

Hence the ability to learn. So if you really want to take a placement ...
